International Acquisition

Chittick was acquired by the Wormald Group, then the largest independent Fire Protection company worldwide, and expanded its operations on a nationwide basis

Independence

Returned to Philippine ownership and diversified into Special Hazards Fire Protection for selective market segments and industries
